Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. iCIMS HR Analyst:

Lead and manage system-related projects within the HR department

Leverage iCIMS platform to optimize HR processes and operations
-
Analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making
-
Collaborate with our client’s team to ensure HR systems align with business objectives
Required Skills for Sr. iCIMS HR Analyst:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field
-
4+ years of relevant HR experience
-
2+ years of relevant data analytics experience
-
Proven experience in leading system-related projects
-
Proficiency in iCIMS platform
