Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Benefits Specialist (Sacramento) :

Act as a key representative at Benefit/Health Fairs, Wellness Events, and Open Enrollment Meetings

Educate customers about our client's benefits and plan offerings, answering any questions they may have

Engage with a diverse range of customers, including employers, prospective/existing members, and brokers

Assist the Sales & Account Management Team as an Open Enrollment Specialist

Travel as required, including to our client's site for material pickup/drop-off
-
This is a 1-year contract role with potential for extension
Required Skills for Benefits Specialist (Sacramento) :

Prior experience in sales or open enrollment

Knowledge of the health insurance industry and HIPAA guidelines

Excellent customer engagement skills

Ability to travel as required

Self-motivated and proactive
