IDR is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Income Tracking Specialist to join one of our top clients in LOCATION. This role involves maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing, reconciling deal tracking records, and liaising with various teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Income Tracking Specialist:

Maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing, including updating the tracking system with terms and release dates

Assisting in finding and downloading royalty statements from third-party labels as related to our licenses

Reconciling the deal tracking record to identify outstanding payments

Communicating effectively both internally and externally to collect unpaid monies

Liaising with Accounts Payable to draft and issue royalty invoices when requested

This is a 3-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
Required Skills for Income Tracking Specialist:

Minimum of 3 years of Income Tracking experience preferred

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Ability to work under time constraints and juggle competing priorities

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills

Interest in process improvement and automation

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Ability to keep information confidential
