IDR is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join one of our top clients in LOCATION. This role is perfect for individuals who are adept at coding invoices for payment, tracking unprocessed invoices, and conducting research on past due vendor payments. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

– Coding invoices for payment
– Researching and following up on past due vendor payments
– Tracking unprocessed invoices
– Communicating effectively with vendors and internal departments
– This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension
– An undergraduate degree in business is required

Required Skills for Accounts Payable Specialist:

– Proficiency in SAP, Navison, Excel, and Word
– Excellent communication skills, with a focus on timely responses to vendors and internal department inquiries
– An undergraduate degree in business
– Experience in the music/entertainment industries is a plus
