Position Overview/Responsibilities for the VDI Engineer:

– Design, deploy, and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments
– Handle end-to-end configuration and support of VDI platforms, including application publishing and virtual infrastructure management
– Collaborate closely with application owners and support teams to ensure high availability and performance of business-critical applications
– Maintain comprehensive documentation of all VDI processes and procedures

Required Skills for VDI Engineer:

– Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience supporting VDI technologies
– Strong knowledge of VDI platforms and virtual infrastructure management
– Excellent collaboration and communication skills
– Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation of all VDI processes and procedures
– Must be authorized to work in the US
