Position Overview/Responsibilities for the SQL Database Administrator:

– Oversee the management and maintenance of SQL Server databases
– Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies
– Collaborate with development teams to support database-related initiatives
– Perform performance tuning and optimization to ensure high system efficiency

Required Skills for SQL Database Administrator:

– 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in a production environment
– Proficiency with the Windows operating system
– Experience with VMWare is a plus
– Familiarity with Postgres and MySQL
