Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:

Create complex, multi-tier product, service, and resource catalog entities in line with established standards and best practices.

Develop and present design documents outlining catalog configuration standards, including UI/UX elements and configuration logic.

Collaborate closely with business and IT product teams to implement new products/processes and optimize existing ones.

Evaluate incoming requests with the product owner to determine whether they require configuration or development.

Provide end-user support and assist in the development and implementation of enhancements and future projects, including training and mentoring.

Analyze, test, and document catalog model integration to ensure consistency and quality.

Assess and upgrade catalog software in coordination with vendor version updates.

Deliver business-requested reports and insights related to catalog data.

Troubleshoot and debug data configuration issues.
Required Skills for the Business Analyst:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

3+ years of hands-on experience in product and service catalog configuration.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Working knowledge of protocols such as JSON, XML, XSLT, and REST.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
-
Prior experience in the telecommunications industry.

Familiarity with the Hansen Catalog. Telecom experience

Compensation Details: $60-65/hr based on experience
