About the Role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Email QA Analyst to join our client’s team in the hospitality industry. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all guest-facing email communications, including booking confirmations, promotional offers, and service updates.
As the Email QA Analyst, you will lead the testing and validation of email triggers, formatting, dynamic content, and delivery across multiple platforms and devices. Your work ensures a seamless and professional digital guest experience that reflects the high standards of a hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute test plans and test cases for email communications and workflows.

Validate email triggers, content accuracy, formatting, personalization, and deliverability.

Identify, log, and track defects using QA tools; collaborate with development and marketing teams to resolve issues.

Ensure emails meet brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new email features and campaigns.

Maintain documentation of testing processes and outcomes.
What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in QA, UAT, or email testing (hospitality or service industry experience a plus).

Proficiency with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid).

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email.

Familiarity with CRM or email platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Braze.

Experience with QA/test management tools such as Jira or TestRail.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
