Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Data Coordinator:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across various tracking systems and spreadsheets
- Conduct research on partners or companies to determine if a current agreement exists and classify the agreement type
- Compile supporting details such as agreement dates, length of terms, and active customer utilization
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to obtain missing information or clarify data points
- Prepare and format compiled data into clear, concise summaries or dashboards for leadership review
Required Skills for the Data Coordinator:
- 3+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or project coordination
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- High attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation skills
- Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel) and online research tools
- Familiarity with business agreements or partnerships is a plus, but not required
