IDR is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join one of our top clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a Policy and Compliance implementation for a global industrial client. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Architect:

– Lead a Policy and Compliance implementation for our client's global industrial operations
– Serve as the technical and functional lead, driving key aspects of solution design, sprint execution, testing, and knowledge transfer
– Collaborate closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment of ServiceNow's IRM capabilities
– This is a part-time position

Required Skills for ServiceNow Architect:

– 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Technical Lead, with specific expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Policy and Compliance
– Proven success in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including architecture, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement
– Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including user story refinement, sprint management, and demos
– Skilled in system testing, UAT coordination, and post-deployment support
– Excellent client-facing communication skills, with a focus on knowledge transfer and collaboration
– Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (min 2)
