Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Engineering Documentation Specialist:
– Collaborate with engineering and design leaders to create comprehensive documentation of projects
– Develop Capability maps, Journey maps, and Maturity Models
– Utilize SharePoint and other desktop publishing tools to create and manage documents
– Prepare initial drafts and templates with minimal input from subject matter experts
– Review, edit, and format product management documents, marketing communications, and other organizational documents as requested
Required Skills for Engineering Documentation Specialist:
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe publishing tools
– Demonstrated experience in supporting business transformation initiatives
– Familiarity with engineering tools and processes
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Knowledge of Dassault 3DExperience, SDLC/Software engineering concepts, and MBSE practices is a significant plus
– Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience

Compensation Details: $50.46/hr W2
