Required Skills:
SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with
- 5+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects involving multiple modules such as Onboarding, Recruitment (Recruiting Management/Recruiting Marketing), and Employee Central.
- Must blend project management expertise with technical, functional, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding or Recruiting (highly desirable)
- PMP, Agile/Scrum certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects involving multiple modules.
- Expertise in project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Familiarity with Employee Central, Recruiting, and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Understanding of SAP HCM/ERP and its integration with SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with government HR structures, policies, and reporting needs.
- Experience working with SAP, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
- Managing contracts, deliverables, and SLAs
Responsibilities:
o Proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and issues.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
o Manage organizational change initiatives, user adoption, and training.
o Manage communications and expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.
o Oversee test planning, execution (SIT, UAT), and defect management.
o Ensure solution quality and compliance with business requirements.
o Maintain knowledge of SuccessFactors capabilities, public sector HR compliance, and configuration best practices
o Overseeing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.
o Coordinating end-user training, knowledge transfer, and support handover
• Collaboration & Support:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage business, IT, and external vendors.
o Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and status updates.
o Work closely with lead consultants, integration teams, and client-side stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely configurations.
o Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates on configuration progress and blockers
