We are looking for a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join one of our top energy clients in Houston,Tx or Lehi, UT! This analyst will process requests for p-cards, maintenance of spending limits, reconciliation of p-cards expense exceptions and issues. The Supply Chain P-Card Analyst will be responsible for administering the Procurement Card program on behalf of the client. This role will process: requests for p-cards, maintenance of spending limits, reconciliation of p-cards expense exceptions and issues. The P-Card SC Analyst will leverage spend data to improve P-Card adoption and compliance to Procurement Authority Policy. The role will provide subject matter expertise for p-card usage across the client and provide engagement with the merchant banks to identify and implement innovative p-card programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as supply chain subject matter expert for the P-Card program. Provide expertise in analyzing spend data into key insights and actionable findings to identify and quantify p-Card adoption opportunities.
  • Develop and implement process and technology improvements pertaining to Supply Chain P-Card program
  • Provide excellent customer service to P-Card holders for their requests
  • Identify and implement virtual card campaigns and engagement with supplier partners to accept virtual p-cards for payments
  • Develop and implement p-card campaigns for identify internal purchasers that can adopt p-cards for their procurement needs.
  • Prepare and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics dashboard for Supply Chain P-Card use
  • Prepares scorecards and reports
  • Conduct and support industry benchmarking to assess Supply Chain capabilities and identify best practices
  • Collaborating with other business units to establish performance measurements and controls, monitoring efforts, and communicating performance results for p-card usage Document methodologies, processes, and findings to maintain transparency and reproducibility.
