IDR is seeking a Senior Genesys Administrator to join one of our top healthcare clients in Denver, CO. This is a contract-to-hire position with a hybrid onsite schedule. Position Overview for the Senior Genesys Administrator:

As a Senior Genesys Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and supporting enterprise-wide Genesys Cloud CX solutions and telecommunication infrastructure. You will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to optimize contact center operations, implement automation strategies, and ensure secure, scalable integrations across platforms like Salesforce Health Cloud. You’ll also lead and mentor junior team members and serve as the final tier of support.


Responsibilities for the Senior Genesys Administrator:

  • Lead design, configuration, and administration of Genesys contact center solutions.

  • Integrate Genesys with Salesforce Health Cloud and other key third-party systems.

  • Identify automation opportunities and develop scripts or workflows for operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant security and data standards.

  • Provide mentorship and training to junior Genesys Administrators.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Genesys components (AI, Dialer, WFM).

  • Develop documentation, guides, and best practices for continuity and scale.


Required Skills for the Senior Genesys Administrator:

  • 6+ years of Genesys Administration in enterprise environments (500+ users)

  • Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and PAM tools

  • 3+ years of experience integrating Genesys with Salesforce Health Cloud

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), Terraform, and scripting/automation

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and mentoring skills

  • Preferred Certifications: Genesys Cloud CX Developer (GCX-GCD) and/or Professional (GCX-GCP)
