Position Overview/Responsibilities for the PS Producer II – Trust & Safety:

Represent Trust & Safety within the organization, managing relationships with internal teams and partners
-
Participate in early product design decisions to ensure effective mitigation of player pain
-
Utilize Trust & Safety/content moderation experience to consult with product teams and external stakeholders
-
Improve player experiences with Trust & Safety services across games and globally
-
Coordinate resources and schedules to ensure timely delivery of support components
-
Escalate service degradation issues to appropriate teams and coordinate solutions
Required Skills for PS Producer II – Trust & Safety:

Bachelor's Degree
-
3+ years of professional experience
-
1+ years in Trust & Safety, additional experience a plus
-
1+ years in a Project Management, Product or Technical Product Role
-
Demonstrated record of critical thinking and creative problem solving
-
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
-
Experience guiding the full product development process: creation, design, execution, quality testing, etc.
