Overview:
Our client is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Experience Marketing to support the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that deepen donor engagement and build brand loyalty. This strategic role leads cross-functional collaboration across departments and manages a portfolio of donor-facing events, ensuring the brand is consistently brought to life through intentional, high-impact experiences.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker with strong communication skills, capable of aligning teams in a matrixed environment and delivering seamless marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Develops and implements experience marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Leads cross-functional collaboration with teams including Marketing, IT, Digital, and Experiential to ensure cohesive and integrated efforts.

Manages the planning, coordination, and marketing execution for 25+ donor events (e.g., dinners, galas, golf tournaments).

Serves as the primary marketing liaison for event staff, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment of all materials.

Analyzes event performance data and provides actionable insights for improvement.

Crafts and delivers presentations and summaries tailored to various stakeholder groups, including senior leadership.

Collaborates with senior advisors and directors to ensure all marketing initiatives support brand growth and donor retention.
Key Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience designing and executing marketing campaigns

Demonstrated ability to lead multi-channel campaigns and align priorities across cross-functional teams

Experience managing marketing efforts within a matrixed organizational structure

Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders

Ability to manage strategic planning and detailed execution simultaneously

Proven track record of building collaborative relationships across internal and external partners
Preferred Experience:

Nonprofit, donor engagement, or fundraising marketing experience

Familiarity with CRM and/or event management systems
