Project Manager
- Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
- Location: Alpharetta, GA
- C2C Pay Rate: $55.00
Responsibilities:

Lead Agile project delivery efforts, driving execution and accountability across multiple workstreams.

Coach and mentor Scrum teams to foster high performance, proactively identifying and mitigating impediments.

Develop and continuously improve project processes and application development standards in collaboration with partner teams.

Serve as a thought leader to senior management, offering recommendations based on best practices and global delivery experience.

Ensure transparency by providing regular updates on portfolio status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.

Manage and maintain a centralized body of knowledge, ensuring all project-related documentation is easily accessible.

Facilitate effective communication across management and stakeholders, offering insights to optimize business operations and capacity planning.

Oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects, resolving conflicts and ensuring adherence to timelines.

Utilize Agile lifecycle and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Conduct stakeholder meetings to define requirements, status updates, and risk mitigation planning.

Analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide tactical and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, Change Management modules).

Strong background in financial services or banking technology projects.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Proficiency with Agile project tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Wealth Management, Banking applications, or related domains is a strong plus.

Ability to manage remote/global teams and navigate cross-functional, multicultural environments.
