Required Skills for ServiceNow Architect:
– 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow HRSD Architect
– Strong background in HR technology architecture, with experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
– Experience with HR case & knowledge management
– Expertise in HR system integrations, particularly bi-directional integrations
– Understanding of leave management processes, including calculations and compliance
– Certification: Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
