Position Overview & Responsibilities for the RPA Developer:
- Lead the North American Business Process Automation pipeline
- Integrate IT systems to identify and evaluate automation opportunities
- Maintain Automation COE standards, designs, and Lean Six Sigma quality standards
- Collaborate with a diverse team of junior and senior developers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or equivalent hands-on experience is required
Required Skills for the RPA Developer:
- 5+ years of hands-on working experience in Business Process Automation
- Deep working knowledge of Appian, ServiceNow, and UIPath automation platforms. Experience with Blue Prism is a plus!
- Experience in integrating automation tools with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP) and MuleSoft
- Proven experience in leading Business Process Automation, RPA, and workflow management (WFM) applications
