Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Applications & Help Desk Support Specialist:

Act as the primary point of contact for incoming IT requests and manage ticket triage

Design, develop, and implement end-user device solutions tailored to our client's needs

Gather and document user system and software requirements, research and evaluate technology options, and prepare business cases for proposed solutions

Provide both first- and second-level technical support, resolving incidents and processing changes in alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
-
Collaborate with all IT teams and end users to support effective, reliable, and secure end user device solutions
Required Skills for the Applications & Help Desk Support Specialist:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a help desk, support, legal assistant or similar role, or an associate degree with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Experience in desktop support roles in a Windows environment

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Audio Visual systems

Experience working with document management systems such as Laserfiche
-
Hands-on experience working with ticketing systems
-
Strong analytical skills and process improvement abilities
