Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Producer:

Play a vital role in supporting the Manager, Studio Production and Sr. Producer across a wide range of projects, including brand photo and video shoots, sizzle reels, and social productions.

Collaborate closely with creative leadership to align on project objectives, gather critical information, develop robust production plans, and coordinate necessary resources.

Manage projects within our client's Bolingbrook Studio as well as those produced externally with agency partners.

Effectively manage timelines, budgets, and communications to ensure smooth execution from concept through final delivery.
Required Skills for Producer:

4-5 years experience as a Producer with a strong background in large-scale campaign production, product photography, video capture, and social.

High level of detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Ability to work in a hybrid model in our client's Bolingbrook office.

Willingness to travel as needed to support production needs.
