Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Producer:
 

• Play a vital role in supporting the Manager, Studio Production and Sr. Producer across a wide range of projects, including brand photo and video shoots, sizzle reels, and social productions.

• Collaborate closely with creative leadership to align on project objectives, gather critical information, develop robust production plans, and coordinate necessary resources.

• Manage projects within our client's Bolingbrook Studio as well as those produced externally with agency partners.

• Effectively manage timelines, budgets, and communications to ensure smooth execution from concept through final delivery.

Required Skills for Producer:
 

• 4-5 years experience as a Producer with a strong background in large-scale campaign production, product photography, video capture, and social.

• High level of detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.

• Ability to work in a hybrid model in our client's Bolingbrook office.

• Willingness to travel as needed to support production needs.
