Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator :
– Engage with internal teams to assess workflow needs and build tailored folder structures in Box
– Document each team’s current and future-state workflow related to document storage and collaboration
– Design and implement organized folder structures in Box tailored to each team’s operational needs
– Deliver team-specific training sessions and provide hands-on support during go-live
– This is a contract position for approximately 2 months, with the possibility of extension
– A high-level understanding of PHI/data privacy is required, training will be provided
Required Skills for Project Coordinator :
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational and documentation abilities
– Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and develop user-friendly support materials
– Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Familiarity with other collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, or Office 365
