Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Benefits Administrator:
– Oversee and manage retirement plan administration
– Utilize your human resources experience to enhance our client’s HR practices
– Work in a hybrid model, balancing between remote and on-site work
– Engage in a 13-week contract with potential for extension
– Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Required Skills for Senior Benefits Administrator:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
– Proven expertise in retirement plan administration
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
– Comfortable with a hybrid work model
– Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
