Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Digital Merchandising Specialist:

Assist in ensuring categories are competitively positioned online to meet sales, margin, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals.

Support the Digital Merchandiser event lead with execution of creative and pricing reviews for events.

Aid in the creation of featured landing pages for events.

Assist the Digital Merchandising lead with homepage wireframe creation and ensure completion for creative turnover.

Research trends, opportunities, and competitors to discover new ways to improve customer experience within assigned product categories.

Continuously look at trends in site experience, and digital merchandising for outside inspiration, as well as across the beauty industry to benchmark against competitors and assist in identifying key opportunities and gaps.
Required Skills for Digital Merchandising Specialist:

1-2 years of experience in digital merchandising.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office + SharePoint.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail.
