Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Architect:

Architect and design a custom ServiceNow application

Lead the development of an intuitive intake and approval interface, emphasizing human-centered design
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement intelligent automation workflows
-
This is a part-time contract role for a period of 5+ months, with the possibility of extension or conversion depending on performance
Required Skills for ServiceNow Architect:

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development, including App Engine and Service Portal

Proven experience in an architect role for custom application design and deployment

Strong understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into usable, business-friendly solutions

Experience with third-party integrations

Ability to drive solution architecture discussions and document scalable design patterns across teams

Certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM or ITSM
