Our client, a leading organization in the aviation services industry with a nationwide presence, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their growing HR team. This role plays a key part in developing and managing compensation and benefits programs that support organizational goals and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation:

  • Manage wage and salary changes for merit increases, promotions, and job reclassifications.

  • Conduct internal equity analysis and market benchmarking to inform compensation decisions.

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders on job leveling, salary adjustments, and compensation structures.

  • Assist in the design and administration of base pay, bonus, and incentive programs.

  • Maintain accurate job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Develop and deliver employee compensation statements that clearly communicate total rewards.

Benefits:

  • Support the administration of benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and wellness programs.

  • Assist with Open Enrollment, plan renewals, communications, and compliance efforts.

  • Reconcile monthly carrier billing and maintain vendor data integrity.

  • Contribute to benefit audits and help integrate new plans or changes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in compensation and/or benefits.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS and payroll systems like ADP or Paycom is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Work Environment

  • Full-time position; typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

  • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

  • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.
