Our client, a leading organization in the aviation services industry with a nationwide presence, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their growing HR team. This role plays a key part in developing and managing compensation and benefits programs that support organizational goals and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation:

Manage wage and salary changes for merit increases, promotions, and job reclassifications.

Conduct internal equity analysis and market benchmarking to inform compensation decisions.

Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders on job leveling, salary adjustments, and compensation structures.

Assist in the design and administration of base pay, bonus, and incentive programs.

Maintain accurate job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to ensure consistency and compliance.

Develop and deliver employee compensation statements that clearly communicate total rewards.
Benefits:

Support the administration of benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and wellness programs.

Assist with Open Enrollment, plan renewals, communications, and compliance efforts.

Reconcile monthly carrier billing and maintain vendor data integrity.

Contribute to benefit audits and help integrate new plans or changes as needed.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

2–4 years of relevant experience in compensation and/or benefits.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS and payroll systems like ADP or Paycom is a plus.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Work Environment
-
Full-time position; typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.
