Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable – Infrastructure Replacement:
– Assist the Project Financial Specialist with Infrastructure Replacement
– Process and review vendor invoices for infrastructure or capital projects
– Track and reconcile vendor credits, adjustments, and outstanding balances accurately
– Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and finance teams to ensure timely and compliant payments
– This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position
Required Skills for Accounts Payable – Infrastructure Replacement:
– 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
– Proficiency in using ERP or financial systems for AP management (e.g., Dynamics SL or similar platforms)
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Familiarity with FCC reimbursement processes and aligning payment batches with remittance schedules
– Construction or Telecom industry experience is preferred
– Bachelor's degree in accounting is highly preferred, but relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered

Compensation Details: $20-25/hr W2
