Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Strategic Business Analyst:

Facilitate and produce comprehensive business requirements

Author technology solicitation content such as RFPs
-
Conduct in-depth technology research and analysis
-
Generate graphics, analytics, and dashboards to visualize business analysis data
-
Create and explain business architecture and “swim lane” diagrams
Required Skills for the Strategic Business Analyst:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Minimum of 3 years' experience working at a public agency or with government customers
-
Minimum of 5 years' experience conducting technology research and analysis
-
Minimum of 8 years' experience facilitating and producing business requirements

Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint
-
Certifications in ITIL and BA in requirements gathering preferred
-
Experience with Power BI & Power Automate is a plus
