Job Description
IDR is seeking a Scrum Master to join one of our top clients for a 6-month contract engagement. This individual will play a critical role in leading Agile teams and facilitating the delivery of key business solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for Agile methodology, thrives in team settings, and possesses strong coaching and communication skills.
Essential Job Functions

Facilitate and guide Agile teams through multiple sprint cycles with minimal oversight, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine sprint backlogs and effectively navigate changes in scope.

Act as an Agile coach to promote adoption of Agile principles, helping teams use tools and best practices to optimize delivery.

Proactively identify, remove, and mitigate roadblocks to maintain project momentum and team productivity.

Generate Agile-based reports and manage workflows using tools like Jira, Rally, MS Project, and others.

Lead all project phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using Agile and project management methodologies.

Foster positive cross-functional relationships and provide timely support to partner teams.

Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on schedule and within scope.
Top Skills & Requirements
-
3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Management role.

Proven ability to guide teams through transitions to Scrum and coach on Agile best practices.

High level of proficiency with Jira and other Agile tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members and business stakeholders.
