IDR is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join one of our top clients. This role is a vital link between our client's information technology capacity and their business objectives, ensuring successful technology delivery across one or more digital products. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Product Owner:

– Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and technology resources across the enterprise to manage and prioritize data engineering product backlog
– Author User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and lead User Story Refinement
– Participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, release planning, sprint reviews/demos, retrospectives, etc.
– Produce and maintain regular Sprint metrics and Initiative reporting
– Drive product development requests to completion, working with a combination of on-site, remote, and offshore development and QA resources

Required Skills for Technical Product Owner:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Agile software engineering environment
– Experience leading Agile ceremonies for Scrum teams and authoring User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and related technical details
– Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for managing SCRUM/Agile projects and documentation
– Working knowledge of Figma for reviewing UI designs
– Advanced proficiency with O365 tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
– Strong team collaboration skills, professional demeanor, and approachability
– Effective communication and presentation skills with stakeholders across the organization
