Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Junior Business Analyst:

– Research, gather, and document business requirements in a clear, structured format
– Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to understand project goals and workflows
– Take meeting notes, track follow-ups, and help ensure projects stay on course
– Create and organize content in Confluence and SharePoint
– Assist in managing tasks and project workflows in Jira
– Support QA/testing teams by helping document test cases and logging feedback

Required Skills for Junior Business Analyst:

– Strong written and verbal English communication skills
– Bachelor's degree (in English, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related field)
– Comfortable doing research, asking questions, and working with a variety of teams
– Interest in technology and IT projects
– Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
– Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
