Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Software Engineer:
– Work within a Linux-based Operating System environment, preferably RedHat or its equivalents
– Utilize industry-standard object-oriented programming languages such as C++ and Java
– Apply advanced scripting skills in languages such as Python and Bash
– Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams
– Perform complex Linux OS System Administration tasks
– This is a 1-year contract position
– A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required
Required Skills for Sr. Software Engineer:
– Proficiency in C++ and Java
– Advanced scripting skills in Python and Bash
– Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and industry best practices
– Proficiency in Linux OS System Administration
– Experience with common data structures and their optimal utilization in complex software systems
– Typically, 8 or more years of relevant experience

Compensation Details: $110.34/hr W2
