Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Frontline Support Specialist:
Our client will officially go live with the Frontline ERP this summer. In preparation for a smooth transition and successful implementation, our client will require a dedicated support resource to assist end users during the initial rollout phase.
This individual will serve as the first point of contact for all user-related inquiries and technical support needs related to the Frontline platform. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and triaging phone calls and emails from end users experiencing issues or needing assistance with Frontline.
- Remotely accessing user computers to troubleshoot and resolve software, login, and configuration issues.
- Using Microsoft Teams for video screen sharing to guide users through processes, provide live demonstrations, and resolve issues in real time.
Required Skills for the Frontline Support Specialist:
- 1+ year experience in a technical support role supporting Frontline ERP
- Professional experience providing remote support via phone, email, and MS Teams
