Senior Epic Systems Analyst
12 month contract

Fully Remote Position
Position Overview / Responsibilities:

Backfill general work for the Epic Ambulatory Orders team
-
Independently manage multiple large-scale internal IT projects from start to finish, including risk mitigation, resource allocation, and quality assurance
-
Provide leadership in business and clinical system improvements within an academic medical institution
-
Serve as liaison between business units, stakeholders, and IT leadership, offering strategic recommendations and performance insights
-
Develop project proposals and business plans, ensuring high-quality IT solutions and outcomes
-
Contribute to improvement of methodologies, tools, and templates across IT functions
-
Participate in cross-departmental communication and executive briefings on project performance
Required Skills:
-
Epic Certification
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare technology or business administration
-
Epic Healthy Planet, Compass Rose and Campaigns (Cheers Campaign – which is the automated communication tool) experience. All 3 desired but realizing that is seeking a unicorn will entertain any associated experiences.

ServiceNow and Azure DevOps experience is a plus.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Experience working in committee-driven organizations
Preferred Experience:

Experience at large academic medical institutions

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
