Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Paralegal V:

– Provide robust support to attorneys in the Business & Legal Affairs department
– Track department workflow, ensuring timely dispatch, receipt, and filing of documents
– Assist in the preparation of standard form agreements and other legal documents
– Draft and dispatch letters, documents, and other routine correspondence as required
– Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system in both electronic and physical formats
– Assist in negotiation and clearance of all audio and video releases
– Liaise with internal personnel to resolve day-to-day issues and handle administrative matters

Required Skills for Paralegal V:

– Minimum of four years of experience as a legal assistant and/or paralegal
– Experience with corporate in-house paralegal preferred
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
