IDR is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join one of our top clients in Cordova, Tennessee. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong background in large-scale project management, particularly in the areas of water restoration, storm damage, and mitigation. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Commercial Project Manager:
 

• Oversee large-scale projects and assist businesses in recovering from fire, water, and storm damage
• ???Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery

• Be willing to travel nationwide for over 200+ days per year

• Utilize Xactimate software for project estimation and management

• Maintain a high level of communication with our client's team and stakeholders

Required Skills for Commercial Project Manager:

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial project manager focused on large loss, water restoration, storm damage, and mitigation

• Proficiency in using Xactimate software

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to travel extensively and be on call as required

• Preferred Certifications: IIRC Certification – Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration, ASD Applied Structural Drying Technician, WRT Water Damage Restoration Technician, AMRT
