Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Commercial Project Manager:
- Oversee large-scale projects and assist businesses in recovering from fire, water, and storm damage
- ???Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery

Be willing to travel nationwide for over 200+ days per year

Utilize Xactimate software for project estimation and management

Maintain a high level of communication with our client's team and stakeholders
Required Skills for Commercial Project Manager:

5+ years of experience as a commercial project manager focused on large loss, water restoration, storm damage, and mitigation

Proficiency in using Xactimate software

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to travel extensively and be on call as required

Preferred Certifications: IIRC Certification – Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration, ASD Applied Structural Drying Technician, WRT Water Damage Restoration Technician, AMRT
