Responsibilities for the Instructional Designer:
You will design, develop, and optimize SAP Hybris e-commerce solutions, with a strong emphasis on web services, API integrations, and scalable microservices. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, mentoring developers, and driving innovation using SAP Commerce Cloud, Spring Boot, Angular, and emerging low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a passion for building performant, high-impact digital solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills for the Instructional Designer:
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design – Creating e-learning materials & job aids
- Experience creating instructor -led trainings
- Experience utilizing at least 1 of the following e-learning modules: Vyond, Articulate (Storyline/Rise), or Camtasia
- Experience creating e-learning materials for SAP Ariba modules and procurement processes
- Proven ability to create persona-based training for enterprise software rollouts
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, Organizational Change management principles, and instructional design frameworks (IE: ADDIE, SAM).
