Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Ecommerce Marketing Director:
– Collaborate closely with the VP, eCommerce and the Sr. Manager, eCommerce to develop and grow the brand through strategic marketing campaigns
– Develop artist- and release-specific marketing strategies that deliver on revenue, profit, engagement, and customer growth goals
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
– Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing spend
– Implement and optimize SEO strategies to grow organic search rankings and increase site traffic
Required Skills for Ecommerce Marketing Director:
– 3-5 years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue and customer growth in a D2C environment
– Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across owned, earned, and paid channels
– Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and creativity
– Proficient with marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and brand voice
