IT Architect (Remote, Contract Position)
IDR is seeking an experienced IT Architect to join one of our top healthcare clients. Position Overview / Responsibilities for the IT Architect:

Work on a 12-month contract to design and implement comprehensive technical solutions for the Care Team Navigator platform.

Architect distributed software systems with n-tier architectures to meet business and technical requirements.

Develop expert-level solutions using technologies like Python, Node, Java, or .Net for backend services.

Lead and collaborate on frontend development utilizing ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

Design and implement operational integrations for performance monitoring, reporting, and system optimizations.

Oversee cloud-based deployments and ensure solutions are scalable and efficient.

Work with cross-functional teams to create an AI-driven, virtual care team assistant that improves healthcare delivery and clinical decision-making.

Align with industry best practices, ensuring the architecture is robust and future-proof.
Required Skills for IT Architect:

5+ years of experience building distributed software systems using n-tier architecture.

Strong technical leadership and architectural experience, including 3+ years of demonstrated leadership roles.

Expert-level experience with one backend technology (Python, Node, Java, or .Net) and proficiency across the stack (ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).

Proven experience with cloud-based environments and deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience integrating reporting, performance monitoring, and operational tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills with a passion for designing impactful solutions.

Compensation Details:
80-85/hr
