Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Software Engineer – UiPath:

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

Build intelligent automations using UiPath Document Understanding and Agentic AI capabilities.

Collaborate with solution architects, analysts, and engineering teams to implement high-quality automation solutions.

Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

Implement robust error handling and performance optimization strategies.

Provide production support, bug fixes, and continuous improvements for existing automations.
Required Skills for Software Engineer – UiPath:

5+ years of experience in automation design, architecture, and development.

Strong hands-on experience with UiPath for building scalable automation workflows.

Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and/or Agentic AI features.

Proven background integrating automations with systems using APIs, web services, or databases.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.

Experience working in Agile environments and documenting automation designs.
Preferred Skills:

UiPath Certification (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer).

Experience designing automations in healthcare environments.

Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and AI-driven automation tools.
