Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant V:
– Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
– Manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
– Handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion
– Coordinate travel logistics, both international and domestic
– This is a 2-month contract with potential for extensions
– Experience in the music or entertainment industry is preferred
Required Skills for Executive Assistant V:
– Minimum 10 years of executive assistance experience supporting a CEO, EVP, President or other high-level executive
– Proven ability to work effectively with C-Level executives and senior-level clients
– Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
– Advanced knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft Office Products
– Dynamic and assertive personality with a professional demeanor
