Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analytics Sr. Manager:

Serve as the strategic analytics partner to cross-functional marketing and customer engagement teams, transforming large-scale data into actionable strategies for digital outreach, loyalty initiatives, and customer retention programs.

Lead performance measurement efforts for media campaigns and loyalty engagement, including testing frameworks that assess impact, return on investment, and audience segmentation effectiveness.

Design and deliver data-driven reporting that supports personalization, customer lifecycle tracking, and campaign optimization—ensuring consistent visibility to leadership on customer health metrics.

Collaborate with finance and digital leadership to align customer strategy with business outcomes, using churn, acquisition, and frequency insights to guide long-term decision-making.

Develop and manage executive-ready dashboards and insights presentations that clearly communicate performance trends and opportunities to a variety of stakeholders, from technical partners to business executives.
Required Skills for Business Analytics Sr. Manager
- 7+ years’ experience in finance or analytics position w/ strong focus on driving business impact
- Hands on professional experience with SQL and Python or R
- Proven experience in business analytics as well as customer analytics (loyalty, CRM, media)
- Retail or Restaurant Industry Experience (ie; Yum Brands, Expedia, Hilton, think B2C)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration skills – able to partner with technical teams (marketing, analytics, finance) and communicate insights to non-technical business leaders
