Client Support Specialist
IDR’s largest client is looking for an IT support Specialist to join their team in the Atlanta area! This is a hybrid role after 90 days.
Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist:
- Provide technical support to end users within the organization
- Test emerging new technologies and train end users on these technologies
- Working hands on with network troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Implement best practices for IT service management
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
Required Skills/Experience of the Client Support Specialist:
- 5+ years’ experience with hands on technical support
- Extensive experience providing trouble shooting skills remotely, in person, and via the phone
- Strong experience with MS Intune and SCCM
- Proficiency with ServiceNow
- Work within an SLA driven incident management workflow
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
