Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Instructional Designer:
- Consult with internal stakeholders to create innovative learning solutions
- Design and develop a variety of training materials, including instructor-led, computer-based, job aides, and assessments
- Collaborate with partners across the enterprise to create innovative solutions in an agile business environment
- Align learning objectives with business goals, ensuring the quality and accuracy of materials
- Manage and create instructional design training materials to support the training and upskilling of frontline operations
Required Skills for Instructional Designer:
- 2+ years of experience applying instructional design and adult learning methodologies to web-based training and instructional materials.
- 2+ years of recent experience in a corporate environment
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Expertise in adult learning and instructional design for various formats
- Proficiency in creating engaging learning experiences
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with stakeholders and internal partners
- Experience using software such as Microsoft Office, Articulate Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Ability to manage shifting work priorities and adapt to change
