Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Physician Recruiter:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians across primary and specialty care within an assigned geography

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring departments

Conduct candidate screening and interviewing, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience

Draft, negotiate, and extend offer letters and employment contracts
-
Maintain professional and timely communication with all stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and guest relations
Required Skills for Physician Recruiter:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of recent, relevant recruitment experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities

High level of professionalism and discretion, particularly when handling confidential information
