We’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our client's project team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll guide a small Salesforce team while helping design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
What You’ll Do:

Lead technical planning, grooming, and daily standups

Review code/config, manage developer capacity & onboarding
-
Build and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL
-
Collaborate with Product Owner, Delivery Manager & Solution Architect
-
Work with managed packages and custom components
Must-Have:
-
6–8 years of Salesforce development experience
-
1–3 years in a lead or team management role
-
Strong Apex, LWC, async processes, and complex flows experience

Salesforce PDII, Admin, and App Builder certifications
Nice-to-Have:
- Salesforce Architect, BA, or Advanced Admin certifications
- Experience with Inspire Planner, TaskRay, or Experience Cloud
- Project management experience
