Responsibilities of the Fraud Analyst:
- Assist Risk Management team in identifying fraud trends
- Respond to customer transaction verifications via email & telephone
- Communicate with customers and internal employees
- Utilize fraud monitoring tool
Requirements of the Fraud Analyst:
- Experience working within Risk & Fraud in a Financial company
- Solid understanding of credit card, debit card, and prepaid card fraud
- Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook
